Ken Munro, founder of 360° Wellness, a health clinic in Spruce Grove, recently gave a presentation in Whitecourt. The topics included the importance that healthy bodies play in stress reduction, and the many ways people can live healthier lifestyles. The presentation also discussed how multi-disciplinary health care centers like 360° Wellness can improve people’s wellbeing. Later, Munro also spoke with a representative of the town.
The clinic, which serves the people of Spruce Grove and surrounding area, provides “accessible and supportive care to those experiencing challenging times.” To this end, the center has a more holistic approach to wellness and has services for mental health, lifestyle coaching, and physical rehabilitative therapy. Many of the clients use the clinic’s services to help manage pain, ADHD, scoliosis, and allergies.
