This Christenson Development Group’s continuing care facility will boast independent as well as supported living with licensed nurses on site 24 hours a day. Residents will pay just over $1,800 for the accommodation rate, and this will include daily meals, housekeeping, and laundry. Large suites resemble bedrooms, not hospital rooms, and will be finished with beautiful touches and a soothing colour palette.
The Development Group says this property will be ideal for seniors seeking a carefree, maintenance-free lifestyle in a social setting.
Construction commencement is planned for this spring. The first occupants should be living there by the early winter of 2016.
