Keep your eye on Highway 43 and Dahl Drive! A new urban village is on the way and will include a continuing care facility similar to Timberstone Mews in Red Deer.
This Christenson Development Group’s continuing care facility will boast independent as well as supported living with licensed nurses on site 24 hours a day. Residents will pay just over $1,800 for the accommodation rate, and this will include daily meals, housekeeping, and laundry. Large suites resemble bedrooms, not hospital rooms, and will be finished with beautiful touches and a soothing colour palette.
The Development Group says this property will be ideal for seniors seeking a carefree, maintenance-free lifestyle in a social setting.
Construction commencement is planned for this spring. The first occupants should be living there by the early winter of 2016.
Christenson Development Group has over 30 years of building experience including luxury retirement villages in Edmonton, Valleyview, Lacombe, Sherwood Park, Red Deer, St. Albert, and Rocky Mountain House.
