A special thank you to the pizza delivery guy from Dominos. When he noticed my three-year-old granddaughter wearing her birthday crown, he gave her some birthday money. That was so unexpected and very kind.
I would like to congratulate Megan Ashley Turpin on her hard work in Massage Therapy School and Practicum. She is very caring and thorough with her assessment and massage technique. She is a wonderful addition to Whitecourt’s Wellness Community. Keep up the great work, Megan!
Thanks to Dale Gonzales and the three helpers with fire extinguishers, a disaster was avoided on Highway 43 just past Mayerthorpe on the way to Blue Ridge. A transformer blew and started a grass fire that was spreading quickly with that crazy wind. They had it under control before the fire department arrived. Thanks also to the fire department for the quick response. Great work, guys!
Thank you to the kind stranger at Dollarama today who gave my son her change after she paid, telling him it was for “being such a good help for mom.” It completely made his day, and it makes me proud that others notice what a good kid he is.
