Kathleen Wynne ‘disturbed’ by Toronto van incident

Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne is calling a fatal Toronto incident “tragic” and “frightening,” after a van mounted a sidewalk and hit pedestrians. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said in the House of Commons that his thoughts are with those affected.
