The 6th Annual Whitecourt Rotary Music Festival started on March 12 and continues until March 21. Many different events will be taking place during the festival including choirs, solo vocals, choral speech, strings/percussion, piano, and dance which is a new addition this year. Friday, March 13 saw a full day of piano performances at the United Church from children 16 and under. Those in attendance heard an array of musical pieces from many different genres. The newly-added dance portion of the festival will take place on Saturday, Mach 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Central School.
