Shake! Shake! Shake! The maracas could be heard in every corner of the Whitecourt District Public Library on Thursday as kids celebrated Cinco de Mayo! Ten-year-old Jake Rowland said the maracas were the best part of the evening’s festivities. Along with maracas, the 20 kids also created pinatas and devoured a festive taco bar. The summer reading program will be starting up with four different age levels: three to five, six to nine, teen (10 to 14) and adult.
