The return of the Hometown Heroes

 

Get ready to enjoy the high-flying action as the Hometown Heroes soar into town. This year, the airshow takes place on July 23 and 24. Gearing up for their sixth airshow, the group hopes Whitecourt will beat its record attendance last year and join them again as they celebrate local and national heroes and the joy of aviation.

Static ground displays will show off exotic aircraft, water bombers, vintage planes, and more. The highflying action will include spectacular manoeuvers by the famous Snowbirds, the CF-18 Hornet demonstration team, and the Indy Boy Jet Bus – to name just a few of the many performers.

Tickets are on sale now at the www.hometownheroesairshow.com website. Children under six can attend for free and it’s just $15 for youth/seniors and $25 for adults. Family pricing and VIP packages are also available.
