Construction of the new roadway at Festival Park is nearing completion. Crews have paved the traffic circle connecting the old entrance/exit to a new entrance/exit near the Seniors Circle. Anticipation is high for the fence to come down and for drivers to get their first taste of the updated roadway. On Saturday, a construction worker crew was seen through the fence working on the curbs in front of the Seniors Circle.
