The province’s only logging festival took place in Blue Ridge over the weekend with three full days of activities. Friday saw a family dinner and dance while the weekend featured a pancake breakfast, show and shine, a petting zoo, vendor market, live music in the back field of the Briar Patch, and much more. Crowds took advantage of the nice fall weather and thoroughly enjoyed all the festival offerings. In keeping with the logging theme, there were wood carving displays, workshops on wood waste recycling, and the amazing West Coast Lumberjacks whose hilarious routine was a crowd pleaser!
