Notley ‘confident’ Alberta won’t need new bill limiting oil flow

Alberta Premier Rachel Notley introduced legislation Monday that would allow the government to restrict oil shipments leaving the province. Notley says Alberta will “do what it takes” to see the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion built.
