Woodlands County has successfully migrated over to Parkland County for 911 calls and fire services dispatch. This move was to support the mutual-aid partnerships with Barrhead County, Lac Ste. Anne County, and Town of Whitecourt who all utilize Parkland County for these services.
We wish to thank Yellowhead County for their dispatch services and commitment to emergency management.
The migration is now complete, and the new system is officially live. This change will see no impact to residents and will strengthen Woodlands County’s emergency communication, particularly when responding to mutual-aid calls.
