Members from the Whitecourt Fire Department cruised Rescue 1 by Trayton Thompson’s house on Saturday, March 6, to wish him a happy 13th birthday. The special drive-by included lots of cheerful residents and a visit by the Whitecourt Wolverines, who even sang him happy birthday. The teen is a superhero and has been battling brain cancer since he was seven. The smile on his face, as he waved to each vehicle, was amazing to see.
